This pork stew is a play on the classic dilled blanquette de veau. Instead of the usual veal, here we've swapped it out for pork tenderloin, a delicious choice! The pork is bathed in a creamy sauce filled with carrots and loads of fresh dill. Ideal served over rice, mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.
